I’m having so much fun with this St. Patrick’s Day series already, but today might be my most favorite of them all! Now, I’ve never really posted about this, but ever since my oldest was born, I have been making special theme cakes. With every passing birthday, and with every passing (& challenging) request from my kids, I’d like to think that I’ve come a long way from my oldest’s first Elmo cake! Maybe those cakes will make an appearance here sometime in a gallery or whatnot, but in the meantime, how about we showcase these amazing St. Patty’s goodies I’ve found on Pinterest?!
Hope you enjoy and maybe find an inspiration or two for your own family this week!
Now, if you’re like me, you probably do not have an extravagant cake structure in mind for this coming 17th, but I couldn’t resist adding these, if nothing more than for the kudos they deserve!
First up is a cake by Komel Crowley (pin by Cakes Decor). I mean, seriously guys, how insane is this cake?! We love you, Komel! Please think of me the next time you feel like baking a cake for someone (and are feeling charitable!)
Okay, seriously…look at this cake, would you? How cute is this? I’m wishing I’d left myself more time in the week to do this with my kids, but I think I’ll just sit back and stare at this one for a while instead! All Cake Prices, when I’m needing inspiration, I’m coming to you! Well done!
Now, if you’re like me, you might be looking for something a little more doable to commemorate St. Patrick’s Day with your family.
I think I might have just the thing:
In the arena of cakes, we’ve got these adorable pot o’ gold cupcakes by Skip to My Lou. My kids would absolutely flip over these…definitely one of my top “must make” contenders!
Now, let’s be honest…some of you are reading this post on St. Patrick’s Day itself, aren’t you?!
If so, you’re probably thinking, “Oh my gosh! I should’ve made something…but there’s no time!”
No worries, my friend, I’ve got your back!
Check out these simple, easy, and fast goody ideas below:
Now, I’ve never made exactly these, per se, but I did make something quite like it a few years ago, and let me tell you…SO EASY and QUICK!
Crafty Morning, these are so pretty…Thank you, and we love them!!
Neighbor Julia has got something for you that is not only quick, but healthy too (well…for the most part! But we all need a little sweet, don’t we?!) I’m looking at this rainbow, and I’m pretty sure that my kids will devour this in 10-seconds flat!
I have so many pins in my St. Patty’s Goodies board that it was hard to narrow the list down to just these five!
What about you? What’s on your top five list? I’d love to hear!
Planning on trying any of these goodies at your house?
Leave me a note in the comments, and let me know how it goes!
**Now that our St. Patrick’s Day Series is complete, I leave you with the entire post round-up:
